The bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards and both have en suite bathrooms:

• A well appointed double room with a french style sleigh bed.
• A cosy twin bedded room.

Breakfast is served in the open plan living/dining room or, weather permitting, outside on the patio - with magnificent views accross the garden to the Cheviot hills. The menu offers a choice of breakfasts which are prepared using local produce where at all possible.

Off road parking is available for Ros View.
